Rolling Stones Tell Me/I just wanna make love to you (London 45-9862) original US pic sleeve. Sleeve has no writing, tears or splits. It has a big of light creasing at the top and a slight but perceptible ring. The disc is very nice, with very clean playback and a nice, unmarred label.
