The Rolling Stones, Their Satanic Majesties Request, This is the original UK Stereo issue of their sixth LP released in December 1967. The Robert Stace 3D holographic laminated gatefold cover is in EX Condition, The red inner is in EX condition and the record is in EX Condition. With great tracks including 'She's A Rainbow & 2000 Light Years From Home', This has the original green non-boxed Decca labels and the 4K/6K Matrices & 1-CI 1-IB Stampers of the first press copies! Description
Original UK non-boxed green Decca label stereo press LP!This is the original 1st press with the laminated 3D hologram sleeve & red psychadelic inner, the stereo Robert Stace cover and the labels have the large Bill Wyman text and are Design No 9/Version 4 (TXS103/S1/D9/V4), see the 'Stones on Decca' website!
The Robert Stace front laminated holographic gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear and some very light laminate rubbing/creasing. The 3D lenticular image is in EX condition and the unlaminated inner gatefold maze/collage is unmarked. The spine is intact and fully readable, the red inner is intact & in EX condition.
The record is in visually EX condition, with only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines and a couple of light needle scuffs visible on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of faint spindle markings on each side. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and very briefly in a couple of the quieter passages, overall, a really great, loud & clear listen. The matrix nos. are; ZAL-8126-T2-4K stamper 1-CI, ZAL-8127-T2-6K stamper 1-IB. This is one of the early copies of the 1st pressing of the original UK stereo issue of this classic 1967 album!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems! All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2kg.
Royal Mail post to Europe (All EU countries & non EU countries, including Russia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, etc.), the Rest of the World (Zone 1, including Canada, Japan, Brazil, Korea, China, South Africa, etc.) and the Rest of the World Zones 2 & 3 (the USA, Australia & New Zealand etc).
All Airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to 2kg weight restrictions.
