NOTES: By 1968, stereo was becoming the dominant medium and very few new mono mixed LP's were being prepared and made available in the US. As a result, no mono mix pressed discs of Beggars Banquet were manufactured for the US market. While at the same time in England, stereo was also gradually becoming the dominant medium for LP's but somewhat slower in comparison than in the US.  A mono mix of Beggars Banquet was prepared by Rolling Stones producer Jimmy Miller and made available to the British public by Decca Records for a limited time.
Grading:  Jacket: (VG++): Original outer laminated Garrod & Lofthouse manufactured gatefold jacket (which  says MONO on the rear of the sleeve) is in excellent condition. The front is superb with one light laminate crinkle and some handling wear at the top lefthand corner. The rear of the sleeve is also superb with NO laminate crinkles. The inner gatefold is superb.  All seams (bottom and top) are also superb with NO wear or splits. A ll the spine printing is clear and legible.  There is some laminate wear at the top of the spine but nothing major.  The corners of the spine have some slight wear.  The opening of the jacket shows some slight handling wear and the corners are also slightly worn. Disc (labels): (NM/NM): Both unboxed red Decca labels are in fine condition and look superb with just a few feint spindle lines. No writing or stickers.  Disc (vinyl): (NM/NM): Super glossy heavyweight disc looks like it was almost never played. Under bright light, there are NO scratches, NO scuffs and NO marks on the vinyl surface areas of both sides. At the very least, it may have been played a few times and handled very carefully. There are NO scratches and NO scuffs. The audio is fantastic on both sides and grades NM . There are NO skips, NO jumps, NO sticking, NO loud pops, and NO distortion.  Between the tracks, there is barely audible presence of feint popping (probably from dust). It is not noticeable at all during the musical tracks. The disc is not in any way warped.  The original lined Decca inner sleeve is also included and is in excellent condition, has some browning but is without any splits.
