This comes from my personal collection. 11 of the 12 cards are present with the LP. This is the gate-fold type cover. Yesterday I play tested this LP at a very high volume - there is VERY light surface noise between tracks, no pops or crackles. There is a small scuff on one of the sides. I've stored the jacket in a protective cover, and have kept it in an LP box.
