I try to grade conservatively.

I USE THE FOLLOWING GRADES FOR VINYL:

Sealed: Cover Jacket is sealed in shrink wrap, disc is sold ?as is? and is not inspected

NM: Near perfect with no visible signs of handling

EX : No scratches. Very few light imperfections such as sleeve scuffs that won?t affect the overall sound

VG+ : May have sleeve scuffs, light marks and/or a couple of light scratches

VG : Displays a number of light marks and/or scratches. May have background noise, especially in between songs.

VG- : At least one mark/scratch of which can be felt with a fingernail. Many scratches, scuffs, marks. May have background noise, pops, etc.

G: Heavy wear, marks, scratches scuffs. This record has background noise, pops, etc.

I USE THE FOLLOWING GRADES FOR COVERS:

NM: Near perfect with no visible signs of handling

EX: Looks almost perfect, but may have a couple of imperfections after closer inspection. May have a small saw cut, punch hole or cut corner.

VG+: Typically has a few imperfections such as slight creasing or slight ring wear, or slight wear from storage. Very slight seam wear or splits in the spine. May have saw cut, punch hole or corner cut.

VG: More pronounces wear than VG+. Perhaps several scuffs, scratches on the cover and more prominent spine wear and/or ring wear. Might have noticeable staining, saw cut, punch hole, or cut.

VG-: Similar to VG, but may have one or more significant flaws such as heavy spine splitting or heavy staining, scuffing, etc. Might have saw cut, punch hole, or corner cut.

G: Heavy wear, marks, scratches, staining, spine damage.

·         We love to do our part and recycle as much shipping material as possible!

·         We ship MONDAY thru FRIDAY

·         All items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received in full. 

·         All shipping costs are calculated based upon weight and USPS shipping rates.

·         Sometimes we use FedEx or UPS if the items are big.

·         We do not ship internationally. 

·         No handling fees. 

·         Tracking is provided for all USPS Priority shipments. 

·         Please contact us for questions about combined shipping options before you pay.

·         We only ship to the address provided for the buyer through eBay. 

Local Pickup:

·         All items are available for local pick up, but payment must be received in full via PayPal. To arrange for local pick up, please contact us through eBay. All local pick ups must be retrieved within 10 business days of auction?s end.

·         Local pickup is at our warehouse located in Chico, CA or Salvation Army stores located in Chico, Oroville, Red Bluff, or Redding, CA.  Please contact us through eBay to arrange a date to pickup your item/s as it takes time for us to get them to our local stores outside of Chico, CA.

·         If items are not picked up within 10 business days, we will consider it abandoned and/or a donation and relist the item for sale.  We do NOT have space for storage. We will strictly abide by this policy.  Please consider this before bidding.
 

Payment: 

·         We accept PayPal only. 

·         All payments are due within 48 hours of an auction?s end. 

Returns: 

·         All items are previously owned and sold ?AS IS.?

·         We do not warranty items.  Sometimes we get items in new condition.  We still do not warranty items.

·         All items are donated to us and are sold under the conditions in which they were received.

·         Returns will only be accepted on listings offering a return. 

·         100% of proceeds from all sales will benefit The Salvation Army, including our local programs and services.

Our Vision: 

For over 100 years, The Salvation Army's no-fee rehabilitation programs have provided emotional, spiritual and social assistance to those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Through holistic work-therapy, group and individual counseling, life skill development, and spiritual direction, residents learn to abandon substance reliance. 

The George Walker Center Adult Rehabilitation Program provides a 6-month residential treatment program including components of counseling, work therapy, 12-step recovery coursework, as well as classes in chemical dependency, parenting, anger management and addiction studies to men and women who could not otherwise afford rehabilitation services. Since its inception, the Adult Rehabilitation Program (ARP) has consistently provided treatment services to an average of 200 individuals annually and has successfully graduated over 664 individuals so far.
