CONDITION

DISC: This UK 1st pressing MONO LP is visually in EXCELLENT condition. Both sides show full gloss, with only scattered hairlines and a few very light surface scratches. Both Decca labels show only a couple of spindle trails.

COVER: The Garrod & Lofthouse International Limited-printed laminated gatefold cover is in EXCELLENT- condition. Early versions of this cover are very difficult to find in Near Mint condition because the cream color shows the slightest flaw. This cover has some wear to the opening, age-toning, LP impression, and some minor bumps and creases. Overall, this cover still looks inviting, and is part of a rare set.

INNER SLEEVE: The Decca polythene-lined die-cut sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, with normal storage wear but no seam splits.

GRADING INFORMATION
  • I grade conservatively. MINT is a sealed LP; NEAR MINT is an open LP/cover
with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
    use/wear but is not trashed.
  • I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
  • I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had.
