THE ROLLING STONES - 'AFTERMATH'
This NEAR MINT UK MONO pressing of their 1966 album dates from c.1968
It is on the non-grooved, unboxed red & silver Decca label: LK.4786
Matrix numbers: XARL-7209-5B & XARL-7210-6A
Stamper codes: 1/AG & 1/UG
The 1968 'JT' purchase tax code is present in each run-out
Vinyl weight: 154g
Housed within an front laminated 'Robert Stace' printed mono cover, complete with original poly-lined red/white mono inner-sleeve

A wonderfully clean & unworn set with just a small handful of faint, well-aimed spindle trails around the side 1 centre hole only
Visual: NEAR MINT
Factory-fresh, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are 100% unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight, with just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp. No upgrade required here.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This copy has clearly been barely played. Side 1 plays flawlessly. Side 2 plays with a touch of light background which may be due to a pressing issue rather than one of wear. However, there are no clicks, pops, ticks or any other audible distractions aynwhere
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A superb unworn example with an unscratched high-gloss front panel laminate where the only sign of wear is a small bend towards the upper right corner and a light crease in the laminate running down the spine, mostly likely made during manufacture
There is very light bruising to the corners but no wear to either opening edge and the rear panel is perfectly clean, white & unblemished
Both seams are smooth & unstressed & the spine is unworn & fully worded
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
