This rare release is in VG condition. The sleeve has some writing on the reverse (see photo) and some lifting of the laminate in places,it feels flimsy but that's quite normal for this sleeve. The record itself has some scratches and a few scuffs on side 2 that cause clicks but they don't cause any skips.I I've had the record professionally machine cleaned so it's in the best audible condition that you can get. There are no skips,jumps or any sticking on either side of the record there's just some background noise in places however it doesn't spoil the overall listening experience.
