Condition: SLEEVE: The all black unlaminated 1st press sleeve is in EXCELLENT PLUS condition with no rips, tears or writing, just light wear to the opening edge where the shrinkwrap has been opened. The original sticker to the rear of the sleeve on the shrinkwrap is fully intact. VINYL: Side 1: This side is in EXCELLENT PLUS PLUS condition with a fantastic sheen and just one or two light sleeve-removal traces and one tiny 2mm hairline on the run-in groove. Side 2: This side is in NEAR MINT condition with a fantastic sheen and no marks whatosever. Side 3: This side is in EXCELLENT PLUS condition with a fantastic sheen and just a handful of ultra-light sleeve removal traces and one tiny mark on track 1. Side 4: This side is in EXCELLENT PLUS condition with a fantastic sheen and just ahandful of sleeve-removal traces and one ultra-fine hariline on track 1 which does not affect play. LABELS: All four labels are in NEAR MINT condition with just the vaguest signs of light handling. INNER SLEEVES: The original black inner sleeves are in EXCELLENT condition with no rips or writing, just light handling marks. AUDIO: Side 1: plays NEAR MINT from start to finish with virtually no background noise, pops, clicks or groovewear. Even between tracks, the record is virtually silent. Side 2: plays NEAR MINT from start to finish with virtually no background noise, pops, clicks or groovewear. Even between tracks, the record is virtually silent. Side 3: plays EXCELLENT with just two tiny clicks at the very start before the music kicks in, and three more ticks about 20 seconds in. Apart from these tiny faults the playback is perfect.  Even between tracks, the record is virtually silent. Side 4: plays NEAR MINT from start to finish with virtually no background noise, pops, clicks or groovewear. Even between tracks, the record is virtually silent.
This is the real-deal Dutch first pressing of this sought after LP, offering superior sound quality to all the reissues.  NOW THE DOWN SIDE - FOR REASONS I CANNOT DETERMINE, BOTH THE DISCS OF THIS LP HAVE SUFFERED SLIGHT STORAGE WARPS WHICH RESULT IN NEEDLE LIFT WHEN THE RECORDS ARE PLAYING. ON RECORD 1 THIS IS BARELY DETECTIBLE, BUT IT IS MORE PRONOUNCED ON RECORD 2. NEEDLESS TO SAY, IN NEITHER CASE DOES IT CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH THE PLAYING OF THE RECORD (EVEN AT 0.5G STYLUS WEIGHT). THESE FAULTS MAY BE EASILY CORRECTED ( I HAVE NOT TRIED), BUT THEY ARE THERE AND THIS RECORD HAS BEEN PRICED ACCORDINGLY. THANK YOU.
