Over the next few months, we will be listing some really cool 1950's and 60's Rockabilly records. We hope you will enjoy them. Just to let you know, we clean all of our records with alcohol only. Although most clean up nicely this way, some records may benefit from a stronger cleaning solution or VPI machine to really be optimal.
The record for your consideration is Rodney Scott "You're So Square"/"He'll Be There." Canon 231. Record is visually VG. Excellent shine. Not much surface wear at all. B side does have a smudge that does not effect the play. There is, however, a moderate edge warp that produces a very little woosh sound for the first 5 seconds. Once the music starts, it has no effect at all on the play with only a little background noise after that. See scans for labels.
