I've been listening to Rod Stewart since his Faces LP with such great songs as "Maybe I'm Amazed" and "Bad 'N' Ruin" on it, so I was a bit reluctant to list this one. Then there was "The Small Faces" after that and now he's doing "Songbooks". 
WOW, what a career! 
Another from my brother's collection which I never owned also makes it harder to sell. Can't keep it all. I'm also going to do something I used to do for every one of my auctions, including UHQRs, the "Butcher" cover and signed 1st Editions. I'll start this auction at $.99. This is a $100 LP so if I get $30 for it, I'll know better next time.
This one is stunning. The Vinyl looks like it was never touched!
My opening bid will be lower than what others are asking. Condition wise, you may find one as good as this one, but you won't find one better. Even with a sealed one, you won't know what your getting till you play it.
This LP sounds like a MFSL Original Master Recording should sound like. No flaws that I could detect.

My brother never protected his LPs with Poly outer sleeves, like I do, and this LP will ship in one. So there is a slight bit of normal shelf wear to the cover, but he took very good care of his records. Just an added note.
I have to test play any MFSL LPs that I list and if you check my Feedbacks you will see that I do what I can to describe them fully. 
EVERYTHING THAT I LIST IS FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION. 
I also don't list my auctions as Buy-It-Nows. It I wanted a store, I'd open one.  E-Bay used to be an auction site and at least my listings will stay that way.

My grading system: There is No Mint or Mint- in my grading. Nothing is perfect in this reality so VG+ is as high as I go.
That means that you just bought this LP and opened it without playing it!.
Sealed---Basically unknown condition until you open it.  VG+---No damage, no smudges and perfect sound. (I'm adding VG++ for exceptional condition LPs) VG---Maybe slight surface noise but still "like new". G---A playable LP with surface noise, some pops but no skips and worthy of a serious collection. G-/---Basically the same as G but RARE and will only be listed when playable without distortion.
The same grading will go with Covers and inserts and will be described in detail.
