“Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree” is a 1985 Christmas compilation album compiled and annotated by Australian rock historian Glenn A. Baker, released by K-tel on vinyl LP.  This is a fantastic compilation covering the gamut of rock and pop artists, and likewise with their choice of recordings - a classic album where you can get up and dance and celebrate christmas!  It features 16 yuletide songs by The Beach Boys, Brenda Lee, Slade, The Band, Wham!, Band Aid, Elton John, Wizzard, Jona Lewie and more, including Australian recordings by Australian Crawl, Ol’ 55, The Delltones and Riff Raff.  LP is housed in stunning red picture jacket in excellent condition with light edge wear – front jacket features cool cover art by Brendon Akhurst.  Vinyl LP is in VG+ condition – two scratches on Side 2 (tracks 2 to 5) - occasional mild surface noise on those tracks) - Hard to find – (NA 692)
