Description
Ultra-rare, original pressing of Rockadrome "Royal American 20th Century Blues". Sound Canada Records SC-7701 from 1969. One of the holy grails of Canadian psych collecting! Gets a 6 record rating in Pokora's "Record Collector Dreams." I think you would be hard pressed to find one in better shape than this. Cover is clean, no writing or marks, no splits,no ring wear, no delete hole. Very slight wear on the corners and along the open edge, as would be expected from a record of this age. Labels are clean, no spindle marks around the holes, was hardly played. Some light sleeve marks on the vinyl--the original record shipped without an inner sleeve. I have added one. Record plays VG++. There is some light crackle, only audible between tracks, and on the quiet intro on last song. No scratches. A professional cleaning would probably do it wonders. If interested, I can send you a vinyl rip sample mp3 (or flac file) to hear for yourself. As a long time record collector, and former dealer, I was very pleased with it. Reserve is less than what last few copies on ebay sold for. Oh, and it's a really good album, too!
Please ignore ebay's shipping rates, they really don't represent what it costs to mail an LP in a cardboard mailer. Shipping is $10 in Canada, $15 for the US, and $20 for rest of the world.
