Description

Steve Kingsmill and the Stereos, Well, Come On, b/w Gary Arthur and Steve Kingsmill and the Stereos, The Blues Are Something, on Alvin 31.  Legendary Chicago Rockabilly 45 is strong VG with full shine, very light marks and scratches, plays great throughout (like most other records pressed at Chicago's awesome Sheldon plant, probably the best quality 45s ever pressed anywhere).  Record has a slight flaw where for a space of about 2 or 3 inches the outside edge isn't round and smooth--it's like a very thin, irregular strip of the edge peeled away or something.  In any case, it has no impact--doesn't affect cuing, sound, or anything else, just a minor irregularity.


Grading

MINT-  Perfect or virtually perfect.  

VG+ Light marks, full shine, great looking record

VG  Still fairly shiny but clearly a used record, light scratches, will play well but with some surface noise

VG-  Played or used more heavily, lots of scratches, more pronounced surface noise, but still plays through okay
