** All Records are in excellent condition with some particular things to be aware of.   Delcate Sound of Thunder was in Mint Perfect Condition but water penetrated the front cover and created it to stick to another record and create the mark that you see in the photos. I included this record because it's very popular and is still in great shape besides that issue.  Changes by Bowie is in perfect condition except for the inners which are severely wrinkled for some reason.  The Van Halen records may have microscratches than the others because i think it was from a different collection.  OU812 has creases and a scratch on the vinyl, as in photos. Vinyl on all other records looks unused / New.

** The records you are viewing came from a collector who kept his entire collection in pristine Top Quality condition, in a climate controlled, smoke free environment for 40 years.  His entire estate was kept in perfect condition, not just his records.  Most are unused or lightly used, and the cardboard is still close to how these records looked when they were new in the 1970s.  All are original from the decade they were first produced, and are likely all first pressings.  Top grade condition.  Please check all photos and the Condition description for further information.
