Description

This is Herwin Records 215, Robert Wilkins The Original Rolling Stone, a green label mono original 12" issue of these classic sides. The record was later issued on Yazoo. The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The cover has some tape residue and a catalog number affixed by clear tape, but is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode. This is a superb collector's grade copy of this classic record. This is part of a nice collection of classic blues from such labels as Belzona / Yazoo, Origin, Herwin, JEMF and Library Of Congress that I will be listing over the next few days.
