Record cover has tape on three sides.  The back also has the remains of a price sticker.  There is additional wear from storage.  the photo is bright and vibrant though.  A really great EP.

the record shows surface scuffs,but does not diminish playback. 
The label has someone's name written on it, as well as a stamp with number on it.  See photos for more info. 

Great album for a collection.  Very rare, and hard to find. this is the only copy on eBay in the states!
