Eastern tinged Italian Library with DOPE Oriental Breakbeats and some great Psychedelic and Funk grooves by Rino “Awake” De Filippi. Surely among the top Eastern sounds in Italian Library production this is recorded in 1973 at Orthofonic Studio in Rome by historic RCA sound engineer Pino Mastroianni, sees Vincenzo Restuccia spinning at the drums and Bruno Battisti D’Amario killing at the Sitar and other ethnic instruments. Italian Film Scoring trippy sounds / Sitar and drum Breaks / strong percussions and Psychedelic vibes / Experimental and Esoteric vibrations / Bamboo flute, bells, ethnic percussions and other arcane oriental instrumentation.

Side A starts with the trippy mood of "NIGHT IN ORIENTE" with its oriental melody and dark vibes. "ORIENTE MAGICO" gives deep Exotic percussions, flute and Sitar with Vibraphone notes. Crazy Sitar theme on "DANZA ORIENTALE" by B.Battisti D'Amario. "ORIENTE CONTEMPLATIVO" is the Killer shot with superb Restuccia's drums pattern providing an outstanding Oriental Hip Hop groove. Psychedelic and Funky vibes on the other side with the killing "CITTA' ORIENTALE" with dope bassline, Sitar and other amazing weird instrumentation. Other dope vibes on "TRASPARENZE ORIENTALE" with Hip Hop drums and Downtempo Eastern mood. Complex Moody long theme in "AMORE IN ORIENTE". Sad nostalgic Scoring theme on "REGIONE DEPRESSA". The whole album is very hypnotic and hallucinogenic!

RECORD: Would be MINT but has a fixed background noise on B1 track due to a vinyl opacity (this unfortunately depends on old faint factory defects!). Other light soft pops on the following track B2, otherwise perfect. Solid EX overall, rest of the album sounds pristine.
