Description
CJDPLP on the Concrete Jungle label. This is the original 1976 release. It is graded VG+. There are a few light surface scratches, mostly on the B side. There are 2 small rings on the vinyl on the B side which I have shown in the pics. None of these affect the sound, it plays perfectly. There is a stain on the B side label which you can see in the pics. Sadly it is missing it's sleeve, so it comes in a generic black cover. I have tried to show everything in the pictures but feel free to ask for more pics.
This is one of the rarest UK pressed Reggae LP's. In 1976 it is believed that as few as 300 copies were pressed and they almost never turn up, especially in this condition. The record is often credited as a Winston Riley production and although it uses his rhythms and musicians, the Riley All Stars, the label actually credits the production to his brother Buster Riley who helped run the studio for his brother. It was mixed at both Harry J's and King Tubby's and the chances are that during this period King Tubby would have been hands on in his studio.
