From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . . 
This live double LP was released in the US in 1996 and I got it by mail order at the time and it's been on shelving ever since, barely played.
The sleeve is a single size sleeve. The are no splits, just a touch of shelfwear. If you look very closely you might spot on the top centre front a slight crease but it is just there from the manufacturing of the sleeve.
The vinyl looks shiny and new although I will have played it when I got it, but perhaps three times at most. As it's not totally mint I've just tested small sections on a Pro-ject deck and it's a very good pressing that plays really well. 
Will be packaged well and sent out quickly in the UK.
