Payment

All sales are final. At the end of the auction, the winning bidder will be provided with an invoice (unless they have made an immediate payment). Payment should be received within three (3) days from the end of the auction. If a payment cannot be made within this time, the winning bidder should contact me stating the reasons why and when they will be paying. If no communication or payment is received within three (3) days from the end of the auction, I will file a non-paying bidder complaint with eBay and your winning bid will be forfeited. I reserve the right to cancel bids by bidders holding a negative feedback rating.

Payment is to be made via PayPal. If you wish to pay by any other method, please contact me before placing a bid to ensure I accept your preferred method of payment. All payments are to be made in GB £ sterling.

Your bid is a CONTRACT and by bidding you are AGREEING to buy the item for which you have bid. If you need more info about the item, please email me first before bidding. Once you win this, you are duty-bound to complete the transaction.

Postage & Packing Charges

All charges are based on postage cost, packaging materials used and any expenses occurred. All charges are economy (lowest available) and are for standard UK address's only. If you wish for a recorded service please email to make arrangements (this will incur extra charges). A receipt/proof of posting is always obtained and a copy of this is available upon request.

The price shown for postage and packaging is for UK bids only. International bidders should make contact before placing a bid to check the cost of international postage.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES, WHERE APPROPRIATE, CAN BE DISPATCHED TOGETHER FOR A COMBINED (REDUCED) POSTAGE AND PACKING PRICE.

Dispatch

I aim to dispatch within three to five working days of a cleared payment being received. I do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. If there is to be a delay on posting an item, I will contact the winning bidder to inform them of this.

Feedback Ratings

Due to previous problems, I do not accept bids from buyers with a feedback of less than 20 or 95% positive ratings. If you do wish to bid please contact me before you place a bid.

Leaving Feedback

It is my intention to provide the winning bidder with the best service possible. Positive feedback is very much appreciated and I will leave feedback only when feedback has been received (due to buyers not leaving any feedback). If you are considering leaving anything less than positive feedback, please contact me first so that I can resolve any problems that you may have.

Please note: Royal Mail have a waiting period of 7-10 days after the expected delivery of a parcel before they will declare the parcel lost.

Refunds/Returns

Refunds will only be given if you are not fully satisfied (e.g. item not as described) and contact has been made beforehand in an attempt to resolve any problems. The refund will exclude any fees that have been charged to the seller. If an item is to be returned, the buyer accepts full liability for all costs incurred and is strongly advised to get proof of posting. The returned item must be in the exact condition as when it was posted to them. A refund (minus fees) will only be issued when I am in receipt of the returned item. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the item.

Please note that returns are not accepted on any international bids. International bidders accept that, if they win the auction, it is on a ‘no returns basis’ only.
