Malcolm Frager gives a solid performance of Prokofieff's Second Piano Concerto with Rene Leibowitz conducting the PCO. This is a Kenneth Wikinson/Decca recording that RCA retained in the late '60's split between Decca and RCA. The recording was done, as usual for "Wilkie" and Decca directly to 2-track at 15 ips.
