A very solid, enjoyable copy of the classic 1981 René & Angela album Wall To Wall — one of the defining modern soul/R&B releases of the early 1980s.
The vinyl has been tested and plays nicely throughout. Surface noise is present in spots consistent with grade and age, but there are no major detractions, skips, or overpowering distractions. Overall, a strong and enjoyable listening copy.
The jacket shows mild ring wear on the front and back cover along with moderate edge and corner wear consistent with a 45-year-old record. Slight corner bumping present. No seam splits, notch cuts, or corner cuts. Overall, still a very nice and highly presentable sleeve.

This landmark album helped shape the sound of modern R&B, Quiet Storm, boogie, and later hip-hop. “I Love You More” was famously interpolated by The Notorious B.I.G. on “I Love The Dough” featuring Angela Winbush, while “Imaginary Playmates” was later sampled/interpolated by Jay-Z for “Imaginary Players.”
Album produced by Bobby Watson of Rufus, brother of Rene Moore.
“Come My Way” was later covered by The Isley Brothers on their 1987 album Smooth Sailin’, produced by Angela Winbush during her successful solo era.
Record will be shipped carefully with vinyl removed from jacket to help prevent seam splits during transit.
