This radio/promo 1st pressing of Scheherazade and Other Stories by Renaissance, with the London Symphony Orchestra, features clean promo corner cut stock cover, original inner sleeve with lyrics on one side and the band's image on the flip and clean never played vinyl. Scheherazade and Other Stories is the sixth studio album by the English progressive rock band Renaissance, released in 1975. Some critics consider it their best album, and the first not to feature any songwriting credits from the original members. The album, whose second side was taken up with the epic tone-poem "Song of Scheherazade" based on stories from One Thousand and One Nights, peaked at No. 48 in the United States. There is "no musical connection to the well-known classical work Scheherazade by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov", but the track does have a recurring six-note motif that alludes to that work.
