If you’ve always liked Renaissance and love the beautiful voice of Annie Haslam, here is a GREAT LP for you!

In this auction:

·       “Scheherazade And Other Stories” by Renaissance

·       This LP is the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) Original Master Recording of this LP.

·       It is MFSL 1-099 released in 1982.

·       It has some GREAT cuts including: “A Trip To The Fair”, “The Vultures Fly High”, and “Ocean Gypsy” on side 1 and side 2 is devoted to the “Song of Scheherazade”.

·       This “concept” LP is centered around the tale of Scheherazade and the Tales of the Arabian Nights where she told the Sultan stories that continued night after night as a device to postpone her own execution.

·       Please refer to the images of the labels or rear cover for a listing of the cuts on this LP.

·       It is an AUDIOPHILE LP!

·       The COVER is GRADED STRONG VG+ CONDITION. It has a very small hole near the base of the spine on the word “MOBILE” and some light wear and tiny ink marks on the rear cover near the spine (please refer to the images), light wear on 2 corners, and a light sticker stain near top left corner.

·       Also included are:

1)   Photo insert with lyrics on the reverse side

2)   Anti-static inner sleeve for the vinyl

3)   Inner cardboard blank protector sleeve that details the mastering process and lists other MFSL releases

·       The VINYL IS GRADED NICE VG+ CONDITION. There are a couple of small marks on Side 2 that keep me from grading the vinyl Near Mint.

·       This was the only Renaissance LP title to have an audiophile pressing.

FYI: I use Goldmine Grading Standards (G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY GRADE the LPs and 45s I auction, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
