"Relaxin' with the Miles Davis Quintet" / Prestige, PRLP 7129, 1958 / 12", mono, 33 1/3 rpm 

A VG+/VG+ early issue of "Relaxin'": deep groove, proper deadwax (PRLP-7129-A RVG; PRLP-7129-B RVG), fireworks label, but the South Washington address, not midtown.  Condition details above.
