Description

  • Excellent copy of the hard to find Red Prysock 1955 deep groove monaural original LP “Rock ’N Roll” (Mercury MG 20088) featuring 12 early tenor sax based rock and roll tracks and one of the coolest 1950s covers.
  • The tracklist is: Jump, Red, Jump/Happy Feet/Blow Your Horn/Little Jamie/Zonked/Rock ‘N Roll/Zip/Fats Place/Alright, Okay, You Win/That’s The Groovy Thing/Jumbo/Hand Clappin’.
  • The glossy LP plays with crisp, clear fidelity with just a few light marks and some light occasional surface noise. The labels show very little evidence of play. The cover has no splits, tears, writing or cutouts with a small mark on the front and some wear and aging on the back (graphics and printing are perfectly clear).
