Text from the Jacket: From the Holy Bible, in the book of Isaiah, Chapter 9, verse 6, we read these words of promise: For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulders, and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. As Isaiah was given a vision of what was sure to come, we have the assurance that this great event did, for sure, happen as we read in St. Luke, second chapter, where the angel said, “for unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.” We truly thank God for His firstborn Child, that his name was called Jesus, and he is truly The Son of God, St. Luke, first chapter, verse thirty-five.

Our Christian knowledge of the Bible and the presence of God’s Holy Spirit makes us continually aware that this is only a portion of the great plan of God. We’re thankful that Jesus came into the world to “Seek and Save that which was lost”. St. Luke Chapter nineteen, verse ten. By this great act of love from our Heavenly Father, he freely gave his only begotten Son to hang there on the Cruel Cross at Calvary, to pay our sin debt, through the shedding of his blood for the Forgiveness of our sins. He died and was buried, but Praise God’s Holy Name, the Tomb couldn’t hold him. He arose and went back to the Father. St. Luke, Chapter twenty-four. And today, we have with us a comforter, a very present helper, a guide in what we do and where we go, and this “Comforter, Helper and Guide” is the Holy Spirit that God sent us. Because of this great plan of God’s work, and all that men might know It’s plan of Salvation, and that all “whosoever will, might drink of the water of life freely”, it gives us great joy to make this album, that we might lift up and Glorify the name of Jesus and truly say and feel that Jesus is mine.
