Description
Some super hot solos including a whopper by Tommy Dorsey on
trombone, as the University Six plays "San" on Harmony 224-H.
Chelsea Quealey on trumpet and Adrian Rollini on bass sax really
blast away.
The same guys again play hot on the flip side, a nice rendition of
"Tiger Rag."
Both sides were done in New York on May 12, 1926.
My own favorite University Six record, it is in excellent-plus (E+)
condition, and is in the original Harmony sleeve.
