Description

Prestige 7170, “Red Garland at the Prelude”. Deep-groove vinyl plays at VG++ with a bit of background static. Laminated jacket is VG+ with solid, mostly wear-free seams and some wear on three corners. Jacket back is basically clean with no writing or stamps. Tracks include “Satin Doll”, “Perdido”, “There’ll Never Be Another You”, “By Bye Blackbird”, “Let Me See”, “Prelude Blues”, “Just Squeeze Me”, and “One O’Clock Jump”. Shipping is $4.00 media mail, $8.00 priority mail within the continental U.S.; $14.00 regular airmail to the U.K., Europe, Japan, Korea, and Australia; elsewhere inquire. Additional LPs in a single package are $1.00 per LP domestic, $2.00 elsewhere. For overseas shipments, I strongly recommend registered mail for $11.75 extra. (Two years ago, a package to the Netherlands was lost in shipment, resulting in disappointment on both sides.) Many old records are now practically antiques and should be treated that way. This LP will be packaged with the record inside an inner sleeve but outside the jacket; both are placed inside a sealed outer sleeve and shipped inside a special oversized handcrafted mailer with padding on all sides. It is designed thick enough not to be caught in a postal conveyor belt and strong enough to withstand a drop from a second-story window with no damage to LP or jacket. More than two LPs may be mailed together in a heavy Bags Unlimited pizza-style box. Your LP should arrive in the same condition as on the day it was shipped. All used LPs are play-graded on a VPI turntable with Audioquest tonearm and Grado cartridge.
