Description : This is an original french pressing not a reissue, i don't think this album has been re issued yet !!! An awesome blend of native african rhythmic grooves with the hip harmonic and melodic richness of american jazz. Liner notes by Maurice Cullaz, president of the prestigious Academie du Jazz.

The laminated cover is in excellent condition, if not better, there are a few stains at back from age and storage. No tears, seam splits, writings, corner wear or anything visually disturbing. The seams and spine are very strong and intact.

The record is a bit warped but if you add some weight to the tone arm it will play without any problems such as skips or pitch bends. Another option would be ; keeping the tone arm weight as is , but dropping the needle at beginning of disk and then starting the turtable, a classic dj trick.

The vinyl looks as new with its just pressed shine, there are no visible spindle marks. I played it for accurate grading and to record a few excerpts, you can hear them by following these links :
