Description

This Ray Brown-Jimmy Rowles LP, As Good As It Gets is from the closing of a local estate with a collection of over 3000  (mostly jazz)  LPs. The jacket shows age-related shelf wear with some wear starting to show on the lower right corner & the inner sleeve is showing age-related discoloration, but the record itself is in very good+ condition. The gentleman had his own filing system of his collection & every sleeve and/or box is labeled. You can see that label in the photos that I've uploaded.
