Here I have for sale a rare, autographed edition of the 1981 Original London Cast album LP to Barnum, starring Michael Crawford and Deborah Grant ('Bergerac').

The autograph, in red ink on the cover, simply reads: 'best wishes, Michael Crawford'.

Condition (refer also to notes at bottom):
Vinyl – VG-EX. No marks or scratches on visual inspection. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is superb. Some clicking/static at start of side A. Vocals are especially bright. No skipping or sticking.
Cover – G-VG. Colours are unfaded. Some corner and edge damage, some creasing and slight soiling with a line of black on front vertically near spine edge. Aperture edge has obvious damage (bend, creasing) halfway up but remains intact. Soiling and fluid residue stain in bottom right corner of front, travelling through the other corners. The autograph is clearly visible in red ink on the cover of the album. Overall, a nice copy.
Sleeve – EX. Original. White paper with curved corners on aperture edge. On one side there is blue printed wording and logo and notice about ‘home taping’. Very minor creases. Intact.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
