Description
This auction is for a wonderful hard to find record on the Spark Records label, from 1954, called Riot in Cell Block #9, by the Robins. Now if you were to look in the record book, you'd see that this is supposed to go for $300.00 or more, but we all know that ain't happening. This is a great record, plays well with almost no surface noise, no deep scraching, and is attractive in appearance. It isn't perfect-- what is at over 50 years old-- but it is close, at least in my uneducated mind. If you want something for a dollar, then the Blues Brothers did a re-make of this 25 years ago, that you might get for that. You might even prefer that. This starts at what I consider a reasonable $47.00, and where it goes is up to you. How bad do you want this for your collection, and how many more thousands of records are you going to have to rummage through to find another one as good as this. [There may be some reflected light in some of the photos]. Please look at photos and ask questions, as all auction sales are final.Good luck, and don't let that other guy get this with a 50cent last second bid.
Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. I usually leave feedback after it is left for me. I will combine items to save on shipping, when items can be safely packed together. Most of the time items are sent priority mail with delivery confirmation. Small packages are sent 1st class with delivery confirmation [when package qualifies] Books are sometimes sent media mail with delivery confirmation. I pack well (see my feedback), so far no items broken. On this item, Postal Insurance is included, at no additional cost.
