Rock Vinyl Record Collection
Here we have my record collection which I have been collecting since the 1960’s but have now been replaced by an ipod!
There are around 145 LPs and I believe many of these to be rather rare. I have spent some time researching certain records on ebay completed listings and found many are 1st pressings with sought after labels like Vertigo Records, Decca, Yellow and Black Parlophone etc.
I always looked after my records with a lot of care, storing them vertically and playing them on a much loved high-end turntable.
Going on record gradings, I would say the majority are Excellent, with loads that look to be unplayed and new and others that are more played and fall below.
The cases are also in very good condition, again with some looking new and some a tad tired.
I have split my collection into two listings, this is the rock based one and the other is more my dad’s music which is more easy listening/pop type stuff, so be assured that there is no charity shop/car boot sale type records here, just good original rock lps!
It would take me a week to list each and every record but here is the general calibre of artists included to give you an idea:
The Who, Jethro Tull, The Beatles, Manfred Mann, Iron Butterfly, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath, David Bowie, John Mayall, The Byrds, Paul Simon, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Robert Plant, ELO, Yes, Moody Blues, AC/DC, Edgar Broughton Band, Free, Mountain, George Harrison, etc etc
Of the Beatles records, there are quite a few of the same record, this was because I inherited my dad’s collection and been a big fan, he had amassed a fair few, so around 20 are Beatles ones. There are also a handful of Beatles singles!

Its collection only please, unless you arrange a courier, in which case I could possibly box them up, but be warned 140 records are very heavy!
Collection can be made from Brighouse or South Manchester, whichever is easiest!
