All records are from my personal collection... I am forced to downsize and as silly as it may sound, I truly want the pieces of my collection to go to people that will enjoy having them. Good luck, bidding!

Elton John Greatest Hits, a 1974 compilation album, is the eleventh official album release for Elton John, and the first compilation. Released on MCA Records in November 1974, it spans the years 1970 to 1974, compiling ten of John's singles, with one track variation for releases in North America and for Europe and Australia. It topped the album chart in both the United States and the United Kingdom, staying at number one for ten consecutive weeks in the former nation and eleven weeks in the latter. It is his best-selling album to date,

A note on condition...

I’m not a pro or a record store owner, but I have been collecting for a long time and have done my best to describe the condition.

Condition: 

Record: Excellent to Near Mint. This album was NOT Play-Tested. It looks great however, with no visible scratches or marks Not sure that I played this album much as I mostly played cassette tapes back then, so I may have purchased this just to have in my collection. 

Jacket: Excellent  - No holes, cuts etc. light surface scratching from storage. Minimal ring wear on back, almost non-existent ring-wear on front (very rare for albums with black or dark covers) No splits of any kind - no noticeable edge-wear. 

Sleeve: Generic Clear Plastic Type

All in all, this is a great LP -- described and graded visually and audibly -- at a remarkable starting price.

Again, please remember that I am not an expert but I try to grade very fairly.  I visually and audibly grade all records. Please keep in mind that some of these records/vinyl are pre-owned and over 30 or 40 years old.  Some may have some slight surface noise and/or a crackle and/or other imperfections and will NOT sound like a “new” record, unless listed as mint/unopened.
