Rare, Unopened Anthony Braxton New York/Fall 1974 LP Vinyl. The Chicago-born saxophonist has a diverse, huge body of work, and this showcases a range of it, including his unusual way of using diagrams, numbers and letters for titles of his works. He's a huge improvisor and sound experimenter. His wiki bio indicates Braxton's awards include Guggenheim and MacArthur Fellowships, and honorary degrees from the University of Liege, Belgium and the New England Conservatory. He's performed with numerous artists including Chic Correa. He's taught at Mills College and Wesleyan University.
