• Special Delivery - Trackable. Insured up to £500 Sterling. We recommend this service for jewellery as it is the only RM service to insure jewellery.
• Standard Parcels - Best for larger items. Insured up to £39 Sterling

We recommend for Overseas customers :

• Royal Mail Airmail - Non trackable. Insured up to £39
• Royal Mail International Sign for (Recorded) - International Signed For items are electronically tracked only up to the point they leave the UK. Insured up to £500 (depending on which country you're sending it to).
• Standard Parcels Service - Trackable. Insured up to £150

Please note that we will ship to the address confirmed/entered into checkout and we don't use the Paypal address as this may be different to the current required shipping destination.

Returns

Item must be returned within 14 Days of receipt.

If you aren't happy with an item when you receive it due to any defects or it is not significantly as described, just send it back within 14 days and we'll refund your money including return postage.

In relation to items that are simply unwanted, just send them back and we'll refund your money but you will have to return the items at your own expense
