From a recently acquired collection of CD's / Vinyl - - about 1000+ outstanding pieces will listed on this EBAY store under the category "Midwest Collection" if you want to make yourself a shortcut.  

Audiophile Owner had a VPI Scout with Ortofon Stylus played thru Magnepan speakers. Kept everything in MFSL innersleeves or inner sleeves equivalent to that.  This is a cherished collection of Vinyl So keep checking back everyday.

Cover has wear along the spine. corners are okay.  The main thing is this copy had upper and lower seam split on the back side of the gatefold.  Owner dealt with it by strategically placing clear packaging tape on top and bottom.
It's not that noticable but if you are at all picky about covers this may not be the copy for you.  No returns due to stated cover issues.
The LP itself is a solid VG++.  It has many insanely minor cosmetic marks cause even though previous owner had a 5 to 10 Thousand dollar set up for playback, they never bought a high end cleaning machine and their own cleaning skills had a lot to be desired.  
All the minor visible scuffs do not affect playback and were probably only created from poor cleaning skills: like a rag and record fluid.  
Again, if looking for a perfect copy this may not be the one for you but the price is fair considering how hard to find it is.  thanks
