Rare Rockabilly 45 ~ DAVE RICH “Chicken House” on RCA orig ’57 NM top copy HEAR

Titles: “Chicken House / I’ve Learned”
Label: RCA VICTOR # 47-7045. Stock Copy, label is flat black with Nipper logo with lines, and silver text.
Year: 1957
Condition: Gem NEAR MINT (my highest grade) with 100% of original gloss, a beauty! Shows no evidence of ever having been on a turntable. Plays beautifully with amazing fidelity.
Labels are clean and pristine. You will not find a nicer copy anywhere.
To complete the package, includes the original RCA VICTOR factory sleeve in excellent condition, with the original sticker from the “RCA Family Store.”
