Never released in quad in the United States in any format!
CD-4 Quadraphonic disc (requires CD-4 demodulator and Shibata type cartridge/stylus for quad playback).

Disc is in near mint condition. No clicks, pops or surface noise. Cover is in perfect condition with no surface or edge wear. Includes liner notes in Japanese.
