Description

Rare 12" vinyl boot album by the Sex Pistols, recording their final gig at Winterland San Francisco 14-Jan-1978. Tracks listed as Side 1.- God Save The Queen, I Wanna Be Me, Seventeen, New York, EMI, Belsen Was A Gas, Bodies, Holidays In The Sun. Side 2- Liar, No Feelings, Problems, Pretty Vacant, Anarchy In The USA, No Fun.

Bang Record Factory sp2900. Bought this record at a fair in the 1980's as piece of memorabilia . I believe the sleeve came as blank white from new, with a printed insert. In this case the printed insert was taped to the cover (as standard practice, to identify the record) . The tape holding the insert to the cover has discoloured, and has virtually peeled off, so it is barely hanging on in one corner. I'm guessing it would be fairly easy to remove the tape altogether, and replace the insert inside the cover, if required, though there is a discoloured line where the tape has been. The record itself comes in a standard blank inner sleeve. There are some marks around the centre hole, on both sides, where it has been placed on the record player. It looks to have been well played with various prints, and scratches visible on the vinyl. I no longer own a record player, but I would say this record is in a fairly poor condition.

This is the sort of item that would probably be better kept as a piece of punk memorabilia.

As an update, taking the record out of storage has caused the tape around the insert to completely dry out, and the insert has now become completely detached from the record cover.
