Description
Peter Wyngarde's original 1970 RCA album, withdrawn shortly after release. An album full of surprises and a real must have for fans of the bizzare! An absolute one off listening experience with some fantastic easy listening arrangements/orchestrations (although some of the lyrics and subject matter of the lyrics could be considered anything but!)
Following record collector magazines grading policy, I would grade both sleeve and vinyl vg+
The sleeve does have some slight wear on spine and edges, a couple of small marks on front cover (please see pictures) .
Both sides of vinyl have some light marks on closer inspection but the record still has a sheen. Side 2 has a small scratch which is slightly audible during the track 'widdecombe fair' which is one of the album's quieter moments. But it does not cause the album to skip or jump. I'm trying to be as honest as I can be here but the record plays loud and great throughout and the only time you will hear some surface noise will be during the albums quieter moments. I just want all buyers to be sure of the condition to avoid any dissapointment. The vinyl album is not in excellent condition but its a very good plus. This album is very hard to come by now and I am only selling this copy because I found a slightly better upgrade which had a signed cover.
As I'm sure many of you know interested in this album, it is rare and collectable record in any condition, so I will start the bidding at 99p and have put no reserve on it.
So good luck to all who bid, the winner is in for a real surprise listen!
