Description
This auction is for this very rare 45 rpm single by The VILLAGE PISTOLS - Big Money/Strawberry Fields NYLON NX1 1981. Recorded at Mitch's Drive In Studio in Winston Salem NC . Mitch Easter also produced and has an organ solo. I have lived all my life in the Winston Salem NC area and this is only the second one of these records I have seen. Well actually I purchased my first one from the Record Exchange when it first was released so I guess I saw a stack of them. Me and a good friend both purchased one and this is my friends copy ( had to do some heavy horse trading to get it !) The vinyl is VG++ having no skips or pops and very little surface noise. The cover is a bit worn and has a seam split on one side. It is dog eared and wrinkled but all there. Good-. The music is really pretty good, It holds up well. Email with any questions and thanks for looking at all my listings. Don't forget to check all my listings. I am thinning my record collection and selling the ones that are in the best of condition or the most rare. I try to listen to most of them but some may be visual grading. I'm sure you won't be disappointed but the records are sold as is. Email with any questions. Keep checking as I plan to list a few every week. Thanks for looking!
