Extremely Rare Original Irish Polydor pressing of Loudest Whisper's "The Children of Lir" LP
One of only 500 copies pressed in 1974 before being shelved by Polydor & among only a handful known to exist in good condition.
Considered today to be one of the rarest & most sought after psychedelic / progressive folk LPs.
Polydor catalog #2904-006 Super -- Stereo -- A-1 & B-1 Matrix Numbers -- Red Polydor labels.
Made in the Republic of Ireland -- Gold ink on maroon outer sleeve by Gail Mellerick & Frank Dowling.
Sorry that I wasn't able to get better pictures of the sleeve... the metallic gold on the marroon seems difficult to photograph in any light.

Despite spending most of its life in a plastic protector the sleeve still has some creasing, ringwear and general shelf wear
as is usually the case with original copies of this album since the paper used for the sleeves was thin & poor quality.
Minor rubbing & fading of the gold ink but all still visible and legible... original printing job was not high quality either.
Original lyric insert is present and in great shape with no notable wear. Clean and crisp with only slight yellowing.
Vinyl is glossy like new with some slight marks which do not affect play. This record has been play tested prior to listing.
Minimal crackle with slightly more at the very start of the sides. Plays through cleanly with no skips, pops or bumps.

As such is the case, our insurance covers lost international parcels but cannot be filed unless still undelivered 45 days after the item has been shipped.
Domestic claims for lost parcels require a waiting period of 30 days. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged, claims may be filed immediately.
Insurance will also require signed documentation from the buyer affirming non delivery or illustrating any damage to the item.
Insurance is provided by U-Pic & most claims are resolve within 30 days of filing.
