Rare Northern Soul Curtis Lee Mira 240 Promo Sweet Baby & Is She In Your Town

I am not a record collector or dealer. I picked up a collection of 45s at an estate sale and after some research found some to be quite rare. So if you collect records check my other auctions. This auction is for Cutris Lee Mira 67-3102. It has a sticker on the B side "Chips Weldon McDougal" I googled record grading and this one appears to be at in very good plus condition (aside from the sticker). I took a lot of pictures so you can judge it for yourself. I'm starting this at one penny so it goes to a new home no returns! If you have any questions or need any more pictures just ask!
