Additional Information : The album cover has been signed by Lemmy, Wurzel, Phil Campbell and Philthy. 

To me it looks as if after Lemmy signed the cover he has passed it on but has left his finger print on the edge of his name as per the photo.

Once signed the cover has been placed in a protective plastic sleeve. 

There is also a promo letter from Sony however it is in German.
