This 10 inch jazz or blues 1950's record was produced by Jubilee records. Monica Lewis sings and it's titled Fools Rush In. This is LP-20 The songs included are:

The album cover shows very little wear, but there are splits in the top and bottom. The splits are about 4 and 2 inches.
The record is visually graded at very good to exc with only very minor defects. I have listened to this record and any defects are very difficult to detect.
The back of the record is marked "JUBILEE RECORDS, 315 WEST 47th STREET, NEW YORK 19, N.Y.".
