We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Hard to find small first pressing VINYL issued only in Norway ... Here, a genuine nugget of spacey higher-key progressions by the pioneering spacerock/krautrock band Popol Vuh uniting with Amon Duul's female vocalist Renate and Gila guitarist Conny Veit ... the combination jells to make one last hurrah into the spiraling heavenly zones of Krautrock glory.

the gentle group jam "Take The Tension High" casts a euphoric spell ever-so-gradually over its 18-minute climax

This is easily their finest piece since the early 70's classics, unfolding like a flower bud taking Popol Vuh to the journey and the destination, truly achieving the meaning of the album title. This is where everything they'd been attempting to do in the years all came together. Spirit of Peace features long time Popol Vuh leader Florian Fricke uniting ex-Amon Duul & Popol Vuh member Daniel Fichelscher, with ex-Amon Duul fem singer Renate Knaup and ex-Gila eletric guitarist Conny Veit, plus electric guitarist Bernd Wippich. A figurehead collection if there ever was...

The first track is "We Know About The Need," with its shimmering washes among their best rendition yet of the "Yehung" chant. The second track is a solo Fricke keyboard piece called "Spirit of Peace" that works remarkably well in its placement here. The song is technically "Spirit of Peace - Part II,". We then go into another gorgeous guitar and vocal song called "Song of Earth." Again, we have the "Yehung" chant, and again the song is slow, long and hypnotic, it needs the repetition to build the depth of feeling. Even at 8:07, the song never outstays its welcome.

When asked about repeating musical themes over various albums, Fricke said, "When I feel a piece hadn't been produced the way it was originally meant to be, then I allow myself the liberty of picking it up again three years later and making another version of it."

The album ends with the side-long 17:27 "Take The Tention High." It's the last time Popol Vuh would do a sidelong track, and like the rest of the album, it's a stunner. It starts with some beautiful female vocals by Amon Duul's Renate before settling into a more mellow, yet complex guitar and vocal groove for the last 15 minutes of the song.

This album just works. One might go as far as to call it a trance - space masterpiece.
