Label/Sleeve -> ROUGH Pink Island label with Black/Orange Ball Logo and island written in large letters(see picture), Laminated Sleeve, rectangular Large Island Logo on front and Back of the sleeve .
Matrix #s -> ILPS+9091+A / ILPS+9091+B
Grade (Cover/Vinyl) -> VG+/Near Mint-
Description -> Thick heavy vinyl is in great shape. Barely any spindle mark visible, one or two very faint ones if you look hard.
Plays with great fidelity known of Island pressings. Laminated Cover is in nice shape, slight peel off at the back near lower rim(see picture).
Extremely tough to find pink islands let alone clean copies.
Al Stewart-produced this album and in here Martyn employs a second guitar, bass and, most notably,
jazz flautist Harold McNair to create his blend of folk, blues and jazz.
This is an essential John Martyn, so if you like to get his music and do not have this... Do not miss out.
His originals are very hard to get... and UK Island reissues are not any easier to get.
